I have purchased 3 toyotas from Acton Toyota and had all my cars serviced there. My experience with internet sales and the trade in of several vehicles has been satisfactory for both sides of the equation and fun. Recently the dealer moved to a new setting which is very customer and service friendly. It's easy to schedule service; I have to wait for my car and the time estimates are accurate. the service waiting serves food and drink, has a wifi room, TV and space for adults and children. The best dealer I know.
My experience at Acton Toyota was very positive! jerry Thomas was very helpful, answering every question asked. He was flexible and showed me used cars as well as new ones. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. (this has not been the case at other dealerships!) I'm very happy with the new car I leased. I would recommend this dealership very highly!
Jerry Thomas was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a number of options to think about with our decision. My wife and I actually were not serious shoppers but felt very comfortable with the surrounding and our conversations with Gerry. Steve Jensen was very easy to work with. He seemed honest, quickly returned my calls, answered my many questions. One problem: no one at the dealership mentioned the need for me to bring the Title and registration for my trade in. I had to make an extra trip to the dealership, some what of a pain. All in all, this was a good experience in car buying. I would recommend Acton Toyota internet sales division, specifically Steve Jensen.

Steve was reccomended to me by my sister. My emails Steve was reccomended to me by my sister. My emails were answered promptly my phone calls were responded to. Steve was available on the date & time that I let them know we were going to be there. I wish there had been more negoiating room for the price; but over all I know that I got a great deal. the vehicle was ready for us on time for delivery. Even inspected. I just wanted to let you know that I was very happy with the overall experience both of purchasing my new 2009 Prius and, in general, in dealing with Acton Toyota of Littleton. Dave Anderson was an attentive salesman, kept me posted as to progress (originally I was on the waiting list for a 2010), and did what he said he would do to support the sale. Byron was great. He was very knowlegdeable & laid back in his approach. I was able to show up, describe what I wanted, test drive cars, negotiate a lease deal, and sign the lease within 4 hours. I would recommend AToL to others, and would recommend dealing with Byron especially as he was very personable.
Steve and Shawnee were excellent to deal with through the entire process of purchasing a new truck. I had been dealing with 6 other dealerships in the area and none of them were even close to being as friendly and courteous as they were. I never felt pressured the entire time to purchase the vehicle and they were very responsive to all the questions i had.
