It was the best experience I ever had in buying a car and I have been buying vehicles for 45 years. The Salesman was very knowledgeable humourous but not "pushy." The athmosphere was very prrofessional. Extremely clean, and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpul. We had purchased a car six weeks ago and were so impressed that we cameback to buy a second car since my car was on its way out. I would highly recommend this salesman and dealership. This was our frst purchase from Acton Toyota. The sales personel were wonderful. We toured the facilities which are very customer friendly. There was no high pressure just what we were looking for. After searching other dealers, we came back to Acton Toyota because they had the car we wanted, friendly and knowlegable sales, very good price and trade in deal, and a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere in which to do business.
I found that dealing with the people at Acton Toyota turned out to be a pleasurable experience. I've always dreaded the old "I'll have to go ask my manager about this" game. I find that sort of thing to be an insult to the customer's intelligence. We purchased a new RAV4 over the internet using Juliana Chaves as our salesperson. Juliana was very friendly and knowledgable. She took the time to explain the various style models and options availble to us. There was no haggling over price and we got the Kelly bluebook value for our trade in. This made for a better experience. We would like to commend Juliana for her pleasant personality and professionalism. Acton Toyota treated us fairly.
If you are looking for a dealership that cares, than Acton Toyota is the place. My sales person(Steve Jenson)couldn't of been more helpful. Steve is a real professional from beginning to end. The building is beautiful and well design out. The people are friendly and courteous. I really felt that everybody care, a feeling I have never experience in other dealerships before. A really high quality dealership.
I understand why they are Dealer of the Year. Dreading having to use a dealer to buy a car, I started w/their extremely good internet site and used the internet purchasing process. Informative, willing to spend an enormous amount of time helping a first time buyer. The entire experience was astonishingly low pressure, saying no never met with further attempts at persuasion, coercion, etc. Furthermore, it was fast, I drove a car away within a couple of days of making initial inquiries.
I bought a 2009 Highlander Hybrid from Ken Hsu after researching the vehicle and price-shopping online. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. (I have bought 5 new cars and 2 used cars in the past.) Ken was the most honest, helpful, and low-pressure salesman I have ever dealt with. That includes the time I bought a Saturn from a dealer (they advertise their low-pressure approach). He gave me the best price out of the 3 dealers I visited.
We recently bought a used Hybrid Highlander from Travis McCarthy. Although we have had several different Toyotas serviced at Acton Toyota this was the first time we bought one at this dealer.
