I would highly recommend going to Acton Toyota. The sales staff was very friendly and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Even better, you don't feel like you're walking into car commercial when you walk into the dealership. There's no loud music blaring or obnoxious signage. They also have free Wi-Fi when waiting for repairs to get done. Overall a great experience!
Steve did a nice job of helping us out of a tough situation. We went in looking for a used car and then after talking with Steve realized getting a leased vehicle was a better option on a number of different levels. Steve and the dealership made the whole experience very easy.
Working with Steve at Acton Toyota was a stress free car buying experience. He was knowledgeable about the cars we were inquiring about, options, and seemed focused on helping us find the best car to meet our needs. Steve was friendly and very helpful. Very nice customer service and a large inventory! Was able to test drive the vehicle of my interest independently and was not haggled with a sales representative looking over my shoulder trying to pursuade me. Very professional atmosphere/staff and was provided with a quick transaction.
I was very happy with the service and perks the dealer offered. The the new car was very reasonably priced and it is a great vehicle. The dealership was flexible and and its size was impressive. The salesman was honest, friendly and easy to talk to.
As soon as we walked in, everyone greeted us and were so friendly. No one pressured you for a sale, like some other dealerships. We had already dealt with Tom on-line and he had everything ready for us to look at when we walked in. They are very organized with the receptionist paging/finding the sales team. The best comment I can make about my satisfaction with Acton Toyota is that I bought a 2001 Camry there, had it serviced there for 8 years and then returned to buy a 2009 Camry. I have been continually impressed with their customer service. I thoroughly appreciated the hassle free internet car buying experience.
